About three months ago I started working with a young female runner, Kimberly in her twenties. She had severe knee pain and was going to give up running because of it. Here is simple routine for your Knees:
- Place two black balls, one behind the knee and in front of the knee and bring the balls down the leg. You are sandwiching the balls together on both sides of the leg. This is a great to do after biking, running or playing any kind of sport.
